Senior Estimator - Luxury, High End Residential, Super Prime London

Senior Estimator to join a main-contractor that's really made a name for itself specialising in the Super Prime, Luxury Residential market. Delivering projects up to £20m in value, they have a keen eye for quality and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat work.

• Working alongside one of the Directors, with an Estimator below you.
• Visiting sites, sorting out different packages, speaking to various sub-contractors getting prices, rates, dealing with the supply chain, working on multiple tenders at a time.
• Progression plan for the right candiate would be to run the Pre-Construction for the business and become Head of Pre-Construction within the next 3-5 years.

This is an important hire for the business. Experience working in the London High End Residential market is required.

Salary is dependant on experience and level. £70,000 - £100,000 + Package.

You would be based out of the Head office in South West London.
