What You'll Be Doing As Design Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the design and technical coordination of multiple live and pre-construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading design reviews and ensuring technical compliance.
- Managing consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Overseeing technical submissions, approvals, and design outputs.
- Acting as the key link between client, design, and delivery teams.
- Proactively resolving design challenges to keep projects moving smoothly.
You'll play a critical role in delivering fast-paced, complex projects - ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction from concept to completion.
