Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general nursing services to patients, including health screenings, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
• Assist with minor injuries and perform basic wound care.
• Offer advice on healthy lifestyle choices and preventative care.
• Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in patient education and support for long-term conditions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Previous experience in primary care or a similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
