Lead C/C++ Engineer (Farnborough or Guildford)

We're working closely with a company founded by former scientists that specialise in the weird and wonderful and all things Digital Signal Processing, Digital Image Processing and High Performance Computing.

They're on the lookout for an experienced Lead Engineer (or someone looking to step into a lead role) to lead a small team of specialist engineers, working to tight time scales delivering proof of concepts, full builds and research white papers- not all at once!

Due to the nature of the work, this role is full time onsite either in Farnborough or Guildford.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive C/C++ experience
• Mathematical mindset and understanding of Digital Cryptography
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment
• Experience building complex systems

Bonus Skills:

• Rust engineering experience
• HTML/JavaScript/TypeScript experience:
  

Package:

• Up to £80,000 (Higher Salary Negotiable for right person)
