Role -

• You will work in a 360 recruitment role
• Business development and growing existing relationships is essential
• Sourcing relevant candidates and assessing their relevance for job opportunities
• Working collaboratively within a close team
• Research into the sector you're working in to position yourself as an expert

Ideal candidate -

• Experience in recruitment or B2B sales is essential.
• The ability to a Scandinavian language, French, German or Dutch.
• Proven sales background
• Drive and determination to progress your career
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
