Job Requirements/Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Security & Facilities Management company working on various client contracts nationwide.

An exciting opportunity to join an established fast growing team

Salary: Up to 40,000

Location: Borehamwood - Some travel

Hours of work: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday - Office Based

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the bid and resource co-ordination process involving both direct and indirect staff management.
  • Provide information and prepare and compilation of proposal submissions, solution and option appraisal of new methods of FM Service delivery to identify valid and viable commercial delivery options.
  • Proactive approach to the continuous improvement in communications, management procedures and systems to maximise profitability and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Use of internal CRM system to verify validity of bids.
  • Obtaining specialist subcontractor costs.
  • Labour loading
  • Attend site visits as required across the UK as part of the bid process.
  • Progressing submitted tenders, Assist in formulation of tender returns.

The successful candidate:

  • Relevant experience of estimating within the FM Industry
  • Proficient IT Skills to include, Word, Powerpoint and EXCEL.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
