The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in their learning across a range of subjects and activities.
• Work closely with class teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored educational plans.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist with personal care and emotional support where needed.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social development.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEN setting.
• A caring, patient, and resilient nature.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) are desirable but not essential.
