Specialist education for 15-19-year-olds with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants to support students' learning and development, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.

Responsibilities:

- Support students with SEMH needs in class and during activities
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and evaluation
- Develop positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Provide emotional support and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with support staff for comprehensive student support

Requirements:

- Experience supporting students with SEMH needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Commitment to a supportive and inclusive environment

Working Hours and Pay:

- Hours: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Pay: £95 - £110 per day
