Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 CE Technical Consultant to join our client on a 6-12 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Dynamics CRM, and .Net development. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics CRM.
- Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet business requirements.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using .Net and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance standards.
- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a D365 CE Technical Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dynamics CRM.
- Proficiency in .Net development, including C# and ASP.Net.
- Experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and .Net are preferred.
