The Role:

As a Mortgage Adviser, you will:

• Provide high-quality, compliant mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients.
• Work closely with the firm's financial advisers and paraplanners to offer clients a seamless, holistic advice experience.
• Manage client relationships throughout the mortgage process, from initial consultation to completion.
• Keep up to date with mortgage market changes and lender criteria.
• Ensure all recommendations meet FCA standards and internal compliance requirements.

About You:

• CeMAP qualified (essential).
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, lender requirements, and protection options.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive, and client-focused with high attention to detail.
• Ideally experienced working within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
