IT Business Analyst (D365 & IFS)

IT Business Analyst (CRM/IFS) - 9 Months - Outside IR35 - Remote from the UK!

I am currently working with an end-user business who are currently going through a IT Change transformation.

They are using D365 for their CRM capability & IFS on the ERP side.

I am therefore looking for an IT Business Analyst who has worked with both of these solutions and can help the client with their Workflows & Sales interface issues.

Key Skills Required:

• IFS
• D365 CRM
• Workflow management & configuration knowledge
• IFS Sales interface knowledge
