Water Softener Service Technician

Our client is seeking a technically minded and reliable individual to join their team as a Water Softener Service Technician. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone practical, hands-on, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned maintenance of domestic water softeners

Carrying out drinking water filter replacements

Delivering salt and other water treatment supplies

Diagnosing basic system faults and assessing equipment performance

Providing professional and friendly customer support on-site

Completing service reports and maintaining high standards of workmanship

Requirements:

Full, clean UK driving licence

Technically minded with a practical, hands-on approach

Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable, organised, and self-motivated

Must be over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)

A Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (advantageous but not essential)

What's on Offer:

Full training provided

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Base salary: £30,000 per annum + performance bonus
