The Role:
As an Estimator, you'll be working as part of a highly skilled and collaborative team of estimators on a range of exciting and large-scale construction projects. You will play a pivotal role in preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender processes, and providing crucial support to the project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for new build and refurbishment projects.
• Work closely with the project teams to ensure all cost elements are understood and controlled.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing information.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide accurate pricing advice.
• Contribute to the development of tender submissions.
• Support senior management in decision-making through cost analysis and reporting.

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Ability to work on large-scale projects (£200 million in value).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the team.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
