Location: Static site in Guildford

Terms: 4on 4off 7am to 7pm (Days Only)

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to 42,000 Per annum.

• NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechancial Engineering or Plumbing
• Building services exeprince

About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.

About the role: We are looking to take on board a mechanical engineer to be based on a commercial site in Guildford. You will be part of a large team completing maintenance across the site. The site offers free parking along with plenty of overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
• Monitor the BMS systems.
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors
