Working Foreman / Supervisor - London - Refurbishment

I am currently in need of a Working Foreman / Supervisor for an Essex based Main Contractor. My client specialise in Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential projects ranging in value of 100k- 500k.

The Candidate - must be capable of assisting the delivery of a fast paced project reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SSSTS / SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a basic salary and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
