Position: Desktop Support Engineer Location: RemoteSalary: £30,000 depends on the experienceDue to the organic business growth in recent years for one of our key client, they are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer for their London office.The Role & Responsibilities:Supporting, configuring and deploying Windows 7/10Supporting Microsoft Office 2013Proactively working to improve internal processesPro-actively identifying potential problems and issues on customer sites Identification of potential opportunities to replace or implement new solutionsKey Skills and ExperienceVery good English communication skills.Great customer service skills.1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT helpdesk support.Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.Self-motivated, well organised.Good IP networking skills.Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Windows system and software related issues.Printer setup, management and driver configurations.This is a job for an experienced IT professional with great customer service skills.
