Unqualified English Teacher - key responsibilities:
As an Unqualified English Teacher, you'll support students in both one-to-one and small group settings, delivering engaging and accessible English lessons across reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
Your duties will include:
Teaching a variety of English topics suited to the individual learning needs of SEN students.
Supporting the development and implementation of EHCPs.
Creating engaging lesson content to develop literacy, language, and communication skills.
Fostering a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
Collaborating with support staff and the SEN team to track student progress.
Maintaining open and supportive communication with parents and carers.
Upholding high standards of behaviour and learning in line with school policies.

Unqualified English Teacher - requirements:
A UK degree from a reputable university in English, English Literature, or a related field.
A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
Experience working in an SEN or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
Strong communication skills, patience, and a creative approach to teaching.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a supportive environment.
