Operations and Installations Manager

We are recruiting for an Operations and Installation Manager for our client based in Milton Keynes

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop repair and support strategy
• Manage Installation activities as well as service support
• Monitor and manage customer care, technical support and engineers
• Oversee service level agreements and produce, analyse Management Information
• Set departmental targets/continuous improvement
• Work in partnership with Health & Safety Manager for site
• Project Management
• SAP & Power BI
• Look after a team of 14

Some travel involved - Car allowance
