Mechanical Preconstruction Manager

Mechanical Pre-construction Manager, Commercial CAT B fit-out, London 12 months, to 450 a day CIS

Working as part of the preconstruction team for one of the UK's premier fit-out contractors, you will be tasked with taking the mechanical element of a 35M M&E package from RIBA Stage 3 design to stage 4. You will be working closely with the client and the design consultants in order to achieve this.
