We are working with a Financial Planning firm based in Canary Wharf who are looking for a Financial Planning Manager to join the team. The firm offer a full range of investment, retirement and pension, protection, estate and holistic tax planning services.

In the role you will support a team of 12 financial advisers at both a junior and more senior level ensuring they provide a high quality service and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities of Financial Planning Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day performance management of the wealth advisory team.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance adviser development.
• Set and monitor KPIs and targets, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Support advisers in delivering high-quality financial solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement best practices and strategies to enhance performance

Requirements for the position:

• Level 4 diploma in regulated Financial Planning
• Experience giving regulated financial advice in the UK
• Experience managing a team of Financial Advisers
