Level 3 IRATA's (ROPE ACCESS)

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 IRATA Rope Access Technician to join our team on exciting projects across Kent.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of rope access tasks: This could include:

Inspection, maintenance, and repair of structures.
Construction and installation work.
Cleaning and painting.
Emergency response and rescue.

• Adhere to IRATA safety standards: Strictly comply with IRATA safety regulations and procedures for all work.
• Work independently and as part of a team: Effectively collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism: Demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Essential:

Valid Level 3 IRATA certification.
Proven experience in performing rope access work in a variety of environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to safety and adherence to IRATA standards.

• Desirable:

Specific experience in relevant industries or tasks (e.g., wind energy, construction) .
Additional certifications (e.g., First Aid, confined space).
