About the Role

Are you an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor ready to take on large-scale, high-profile construction projects with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in London? Join a prestigious team working on a £170m hotel fit-out in Southwest London. This landmark project includes the transformation of an iconic building, featuring:

• Demolition and strip-out to create new layouts.
• Refurbishment of 895 guestrooms, with 8 new rooms and a rooftop extension for a bar.
• Remodeling of public areas, including a spa, pool, and gym in the basement.

As the number 2 on-site, you ll play a key role in delivering excellence while working under the Senior Quantity Surveyor and reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor.

Skills and Experience

• BSc in Quantity Surveying and Chartered RICS membership (or working toward it).
• Familiarity with JCT contracts, Standard Methods of Measurement, Building Regulations (incl. Part B), and NHBC Standards.
• Background with a Main Contractor and expertise in procuring high-risk packages.
• Proven UK or Irish construction experience.
