As a Contract Manager, you ll play a crucial role in the following:
  • Overseeing the planning and allocation of technical resources, ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Managing compliance, statutory requirements, and planned maintenance programmes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a one-team approach.
  • Leading, developing, and supporting a skilled workforce while ensuring adherence to Health & Safety policies.
  • Conducting audits, performance reviews, and service improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you ll bring the following skills and experience:
  • Proven experience in contract management, ideally within facilities management or building services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a multi-disciplined workforce.
  • A solid understanding of compliance, Health & Safety regulations, and planned maintenance schedules.
  • Experience in financial management, including budget control and work-in-progress reporting.
  • IT proficiency, including knowledge of FM Management Information Systems and MS Office applications.
  • Relevant qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH are desirable.
