Key Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, haircuts, and styling.
• Handle nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing as needed.
• Assess and recommend appropriate grooming services based on the dog's breed, size, and coat condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools and the grooming area.
• Identify and report any health issues observed during grooming sessions.
• Manage the scheduling of grooming appointments and maintain accurate records of each dog's grooming history.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a professional with:

• In-depth knowledge of various dog breeds and their grooming requirements.
• Proficiency in using grooming tools such as clippers, scissors, and brushes.
• Ability to recognise signs of common health issues in dogs.
• Competence in safely handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
• Familiarity with grooming products, including shampoos, conditioners, and styling aids.
• Clean UK Driving Licence (Essential).
• Confidence with handling sharp dogs (Essential).
