Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project/programme Manager at the Director Level to join their dynamic team. • Work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 2-3 office days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in project management, ensuring robust governance and transparency.
• Lead a cross-functional EMEA team through the project lifecycle, managing resources effectively.
• Influence and motivate diverse teams across the organisation to achieve timely results.
• Coordinate with regional teams and Tokyo Headquarters, aligning with Project GLOBE's vision.
• Deliver accurate status reports to Senior Management in EMEA and Tokyo.
• Identify, assess, and escalate risks to the Project Sponsor, ensuring proactive mitigation.
• Adapt swiftly to ongoing changes, documenting impacts and formulating effective plans.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in change management and programme delivery within a corporate banking environment, particularly in lending.
• A solid understanding of EMEA regulatory requirements related to credit management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex transformation projects in financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage effective teams.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Degree-level education is essential.
• Industry-recognised project management qualifications (MSP, PMP, APM) are preferred.
