About the Role:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
• Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their potential.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Provide additional support to students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) when required.
• Help with the preparation of classroom resources and administrative tasks.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable but not essential.
• A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
