This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in conveyancing law to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting solicitors in progressing client files, drafting legal documents, and carrying out legal research
- Preparing contracts, ordering searches, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders
- Handling administrative duties, including Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty submissions
- Providing secretarial support, maintaining case files, and managing correspondence
Requirements:- A keen interest in conveyancing law and legal processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Legal qualifications or relevant experience within a law firm is desirable
Package: - 23,000 - 26,000 per annum
