This firm has a long-standing reputation in the community and is known for providing excellent legal services to both existing clients and those referred from other local firms.

The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Executive or Solicitor to join a busy team that handles a wide variety of private client matters. The role will involve working directly with walk-in clients as well as managing existing client relationships and handling referrals from other local firms. You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support across areas such as:

Wills and Probate
Estate Administration
Power of Attorney
Trusts
Inheritance Tax Planning

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on a range of private client matters.
Handle walk-in clients and provide exceptional client service.
Manage a caseload of existing clients and referrals from other local firms.
Draft legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and supportive service throughout their legal matters.
Attend client meetings and provide guidance and expertise on complex issues.
Work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Solicitor or experienced Private Client Executive with a strong background in private client law.
A client-focused approach with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Experience handling walk-in clients and referrals.
Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
A personable and approachable manner, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
