Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary School - Watford ( 100 per day)

I'm working with a fantastic secondary school in Watford that's looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting students and making a real impact in the classroom.

The Role:

• Full-time LSA position in a welcoming and inclusive secondary school.
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to students who need additional help.
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
• Helping to create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

What You'll Need:

• Experience working with students in a school or similar setting.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
• A strong understanding of the challenges students may face in a secondary school setting.
