Location: Finchley Central N3

Salary: £24,500 to £28,500 per year

Hours: 8 hours shift Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent full-time, Part-time

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting.

Requirements: Qualified Level 3

Must have a childcare qualification of at least NVQ 3

Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting

Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)

Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Candidate must live within an easy commutable distance of Finchley Central, N3 (Must be under 45 minutes commute)

Duties:

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5

Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging

Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

Deliver engaging, fun, creative and immersive sessions to inspire the future generation.

Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing boundaries to be better.

Ensure all resources are in line with our ethos and approach to Early Years Education.

Ensure practice and provision in our classes meet the expectations and requirements relevant to the class

Manage children s safety, & follow Safeguarding procedures.

. Assist in the development, and training of the wider team on new plans, materials and policies.

You will need to have a clear enhanced DBS Check, either on the Government Update Service or alternatively we can carry out one for you.
