Commercial Vehicle Service Technician & MOT Tester

Cordwallis Heathrow are looking for a skilled and flexible LCV Service Technician with MOT Testing capabilities for Class 4 and 7 to join our team.

For this role we have the ability to offer a FLEXIBLE WORKING PATTERN for the right candidate - working a 4 day week - 8 hours per day. This role could suit someone working on an at home project but also needing to fund it!

Working as part of the Heathrow VW Light Commercials Team, you will be responsible for carrying out MOT Tests, routine maintenance inspections, servicing, general repairs will also be required at times. We will also commit to developing you further to increase your knowledge of our Brands and ensuring repairs are completed within manufacturer guidelines.

OTE - up to £29,722 per annumBasic Salary: £28,000 per annumBasic hours are 32 per week4 day working week (flexibility on days initially but will be set) with Saturday morning rota (1 in 3 mornings paid at 1.5)In addition, an achievable productivity bonus up to £6,000 per annum available on reaching targets (paid monthly)Overtime availableWeekends and outside of basic hours paid at 1.5

Did you know that if you hold an EV qualification you could earn another £2,000 per annum! Proof of qualification will be required.

You'll work at Cordwallis Group with VW Commercials, one of the world's leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles. You'll carry out diagnosis and repairs for customers as well as services, maintenance, and repairs on some of the most respected light commercials in the industry and will enjoy continued development and training at our industry-leading training centres.

Preferred but not essential requirements

• Brand Accreditation in Diagnostics
• Level 3 Qualification desired, however, we will consider time served applications over 5 years with proven experience
• Several years experience of working on light commercial vehicles
