Refuse Loader

Premier Work Support are currently seeking Refuse Loaders for a large waste organisation in the Medway Towns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely collect domestic waste and load it onto a collection vehicle.
• Perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as part of a dedicated team.

Candidate Requirements:

• A reliable and punctual team player with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is not required, as full training will be provided.
• Ability to work efficiently in an outdoor environment and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Employment Type:

• This is a temporary position, however there may be potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.

Additional Information:

• Salary will be reviewed at the company's discretion after 12 weeks of employment.
