AI Applications Developer / AI Innovation Engineer London Victoria (Hybrid) Up to £60,000 + benefits Permanent We're looking for an ambitious AI Applications Developer with around 2-3 years of commercial experience to help design and build innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, marketing effectiveness, and business operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend most of your time creating cutting-edge AI applications, automations, and workflows, while working closely with the marketing team and wider business to identify opportunities where AI can drive real value.What You'll Be Doing

• Building AI-powered applications, tools, and internal platforms
• Developing automation workflows and AI-enabled business solutions
• Creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts using the latest AI technologies
• Working closely with marketing and business stakeholders to solve real-world challenges
• Exploring emerging technologies and identifying new opportunities for innovation
• Supporting AI-related projects across content, communications, events, and business enablement

What We're Looking For

• Around 2-3 years' commercial software development experience
• Experience building applications using modern development technologies
• A strong interest in AI, automation, agentic systems, and emerging technologies
• A curious, experimental mindset with the ability to turn ideas into working solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with front-end development, automation tooling, or AI frameworks would be beneficial
