The Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of 15 specialists, delivering exciting projects across healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defence, and heritage sectors, with values ranging from 1m to 500m.

The Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be a driven and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in cost management. You should have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• Pre and Post Contract Experience
• Previous experience working on projects from inception to completion
• MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
