About the Role

My Client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Electrical Installation Trainer Assessor to support the delivery of our Commercial electrical installation courses. This permanent is ideal for someone with practical electrical skills who is keen to inspire and support the next generation of electricians.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lecturers during both practical and theory sessions, helping students to develop essential electrical installation skills.
• Prepare and maintain tools, equipment and teaching resources, ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment.
• Provide individual or small-group support to students, reinforcing learning and building their confidence.
• Assist with monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

About You

• A recognised qualification in Electrical Installation (Level 3) or equivalent industry experience.
• Sound knowledge of electrical installation practices and basic wiring regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support learners.
• Organised, reliable, and committed to creating a positive learning experience.
• Previous experience working in education or training is desirable but not essential; full induction and support will be provided.
