Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Site Foreman / Supervisor to oversee retail fit out projects across London. 10 - 12 hour shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of trades and labourers, ensure they are working productively and to a high standard.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Maintain project time-lines, budgets and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing retail fit out projects
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• SMSTS / SSSTS
• Joinery/ Carpentry background
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
