The Role
You'll support on marketing campaigns to promote books, commercial partnerships, events, and the Law Gazette Jobs Board. You'll collaborate with colleagues across our Engagement, Events, Publications, and Sales Teams to understand our audiences and products, and use this insight to reach audiences with creative content across a wide variety of channels.
This role will also contribute to Marketing's social media outputs, helping to conceptualise and create socials-first content to build awareness and drive engagement with commercial products and services. Our Social Media Team also recently won an award as the MemCom Excellence awards, so you'll be working with and learning from sector leaders in social media.
Whilst our core channels are our websites, emails and social channels, you will work test content and learn from activity across the whole spectrum of earned, owned and paid media to elevate your campaigns and add more value for our audiences.
This is a new role, and whilst there are core elements of the role that need to be delivered, there are opportunities to shape this role based on your skills and interests. We try to align projects, campaigns and opportunities with team members' interests and aspirations as much as possible, so you can learn, grow, and gain the experiences you need to progress in your career.
What we're looking for
Experience working in a professional environment and building effective working relationships with colleagues.
Ability to work flexibly across different areas of work and/or tasks within agreed deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to proof-read, proficiency in numeracy, and a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to think critically and navigate complex situations.
