As a Customer Service Tutor, your primary role will be to provide expert instruction and support across our pre-employment adult learning programs. Your focus will be on equipping candidates with top-notch skills to deliver effective teaching to our learners, ensuring they receive the highest quality education possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting online training sessions for groups of learners striving towards accredited qualifications.
- You'll assess learners' strengths and weaknesses upfront and provide tailored support accordingly.
- Inspiring learners to reach their full potential by employing flexible teaching methods in an online environment.
- While following Teaching, Learning, and Assessment (TLA) plans, you'll personalise them to create an engaging and motivational learning experience.
- Assisting learners in enhancing their English, Maths, and ICT skills for everyday use, while also emphasising excellent communication and confidence-building techniques, particularly over the phone.
- Collaborate with the Head of Pre-Employment Training and Quality teams.
- Develop strategies to enhance the quality of education.
- Implement initiatives aimed at delivering top-notch learning experiences for learners.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant industrial/commercial experience, coupled with prior training delivery experience.
- Possession of at least a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (PTLLS), with a Level 3 qualification in a relevant delivery area being highly desirable.
- Holding a full UK driving license and access to a car.
