Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to pupils with a range of special educational needs
• Create a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral teams to meet the holistic needs of each child
• Monitor and assess pupil progress using EHCP targets and individualised plans
• Develop strong relationships with families and external professionals to support student development
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's inclusive ethos

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - applications from unqualified teachers with strong SEN experience also considered
• Experience working with students with complex needs in an SEN or inclusive setting
• A creative, adaptable approach to teaching and classroom management
• Confidence in using differentiated strategies and resources to support a range of learning styles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
