Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and related equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure safety compliance.
• Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff and departments.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a plumber, ideally in a maintenance role.
• Relevant plumbing certification or licence.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
