Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing team of professionals. You will be overseeing work primarily on domestic properties across Southwest London, West London, Surrey, and Middlesex. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
• Collect and record accurate site data and samples
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and residents professionally
• Prepare clear, concise survey reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in asbestos surveying
• Possess a P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong attention to detail, reliable, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
