Account Manager

Role: Account Manager

Location: Biggleswade

Hours: Monday Friday (9am-5:30pm) Finish 30minutes early Friday

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

I am looking for someone who has an excellent track record of building relationships with their customers over the phone to join a well-established business based in Biggleswade.

What will you be doing in the role?

• You will be responsible for looking after client accounts of various sizes.
• Responding to customer enquiries efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service to retain accounts
• Upsell and cross sell where appropriate
• Occasional visits to clients

What we would like from you:

• Previous B2B account management experience
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Great communication skills
• Knowledge or interest in motor sport industry would be an advantage but not essential
