Air Export Gateway Operator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Export Gateway Operator for a major Heathrow based Freight Forwarder based in Hayes, Middlesex area.

Job role:-

- Proactively promoting and demonstrating excellent customer service

- Handling client requests and queries effectively, escalating them where necessary

- Accurately completing customs paperwork for export and/or import customs entries.

- Effective liaison with other departments and with our overseas partners

- Ensuring company financial regulations are followed and that the correct paperwork is raised as necessary.

- Coordinating our Transport and Warehouse teams

- Supporting other members of the team in their learning and development

Working hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 6.30pm or Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
