Events and Incentive TRAVEL Project Manager

Our client is recruiting for an experienced MICE Project Manager to join the growing team in London

Our client is an award travel company who are now recruiting as part of their growth plans an experienced Events & Incentive Travel Project Manager / MICE Manager.

This is key role and the successful candidate will have previous experience gained within a DMC / Corporate Travel or an events company and hold a similar role.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational ability, adhere to deadlines, and uphold a high level of confidentiality.

Salary 40k - 45k -The role is offered on a hybrid basis London Based ONLY.

You will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities which include :

• Look after the Incentive Market for UK & Ireland and produce competitive Incentive quotes for your clients
• To ensure that all quotes are sent out within guidelines given
• Build relationships and maintain a great working relationship with your clients and suppliers.
• Assume all responsibility for your clients pending and confirmed groups

Experience Required :

• Experience within an Inbound DMC / Corporate Travel or an Events Company with MICE industry is ESSENTIAL
• Excellent knowledge of the UK as a destination, in particular London.
• Experience in researching for events, incentive, conference market.
• Supplier relationships with strong negotiation skills.
