We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our thriving secondary school in Braintree, Essex, from January 2026 until the end of the academic year.

Our school, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, prides itself on providing a supportive and engaging learning environment where both staff and students are encouraged to excel. The successful candidate will join a committed Humanities department and play a key role in inspiring students to develop a passion for Geography and the world around them.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience teaching Geography at GCSE, and ideally A-Level.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for engaging students in geographical learning.

• Possess the right to work in the UK (please note: no sponsorship is available for this role).

• Bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to teaching and learning.

This is a full-time role for two terms, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a well-regarded and supportive school community.
