Our client is looking for a confident new Senior Care Assistant to join their lovely home that currently have 25 service users residing in. This home specialises in Dementia, general older person care, mental health conditions and respite care. If you are looking to progress this is the perfect home for you

The Role:

• Monitoring and addressing care, environment, or staffing issues, escalating concerns to the Registered Manager as needed.
• Administering medications and supporting residents with activities and personal care
• Teaching and guiding new support workers
• Coordinating the care of service users

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in a care home / nursing home
• NVQ level 2 or 3
• MUST be medication trained

Location: KT6

Salary: £12.30
