Construction Solicitor - Milton Keynes

Our client is a market-leading practice with a first class reputation. They are now seeking to recruit a construction solicitor into their friendly Real Estate team. The role will be suitable for applications from qualified solicitors from associate to partner level.

The position, located in Milton Keynes, will cover predominately non-contentious construction law with some contentious construction on occasion. The work will include construction contracts and sub-contracts, third party rights schedules, collateral warranties and novation agreements.

This construction solicitor position offers excellent career progression prospects to the successful candidate, who will have excellent negotiating skills, a proven record of academic success and have strong career ambitions. It would be advantageous to have experience acting for developers and contractors. Flexible working arrangements are available with this role.
