Customer Success Manager

ROLE: Customer Success Manager
SALARY: Up to 50k + commision/bonus
LOCATION: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train new clients, ensuring a seamless adoption of AI-powered research tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, driving engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Support clients with research projects, providing guidance on questionnaire design and AI-driven insights.


Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within market research or research technology.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Interest in AI and its applications within market research.
