Permanent Site Agent - A combination of Design and Civils Background

Carmichael UK is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Permanent Site Agent to join our client's team, an established Design and Civils specialist working on Heathrow and Stansted Airports. This position has a 50/50 split location of Heathrow airport and Stansted airport.

Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations and ensure project deliverables are met within the stipulated timeframes.
• Oversee final build design and coordinate with Project Director to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports and documentation.
• Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to address any issues proactively.
• Implement effective strategies for project risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Build and Civils and possess strong leadership skills. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000, along with an attractive package.
