An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Ealing for the summer term. This two-form entry school is known for its strong SEN provision, outstanding pastoral care, and commitment to ensuring every child thrives. Your role will be to run small-group interventions for SEN children and to support a child with ASD 1 to 1.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
- Adapt learning materials and activities to ensure accessibility for all pupils.
- Support the class teacher in delivering an inclusive curriculum.
- Implement personalised education plans (EHCPs) in collaboration with the SENCO.
- Foster a nurturing and encouraging environment to help children build confidence and independence.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN, either in a school or similar setting.
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to learning support.
- Strong communication skills to work with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
- Right to work in the UK.
